I built ESR Solutions around a mission to work with organizations across industries and sectors, with particular depth in:

• Federal contractors and government-adjacent organizations requiring finance expertise and compliance fluency

• Nonprofits and grant-funded organizations with complex reporting and budget oversight requirements

• Private equity-backed companies requiring clean, investor-ready financial reporting

• Organizations in transition — preparing for an audit, capital raise, or leadership change — that need experienced financial support quickly

ESR Solutions is a strategic finance and FP&A consulting practice in the Austin Metro area. I established my practice to bring senior-level financial expertise to organizations that need experienced support on a flexible basis, without the cost structure of a full-time hire.

What I bring to the table

I bring 15+ years of financial planning, analysis, and reporting experience across federal government and private sector organizations. My career spans the full spectrum of financial management from formulating and executing $250M+ federal agency budgets and delivering financial intelligence to senior leadership, OMB, to building forecasting models, and leading analyst teams in private sector environments.

Prior to founding ESR Solutions, I held senior finance roles at the U.S. Department of Labor (MSHA and VETS), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and NOAA, as well as private sector roles in treasury, FP&A, and forecasting at Healthy Directions, Mary Kay, and others. This breadth across agency environments, compliance-driven organizations, and fast-moving private sector companies is what ESR Solutions brings to every engagement.
