ESR Solutions offers three service models, each designed to align with the scope, timeline, and budget requirements of the client organization.

Retainer

Ongoing monthly support at a defined scope and consistent level of availability. Appropriate for organizations that require reliable, senior-level finance coverage on a continuous basis without the cost structure of a full-time hire.

Project-Based

A defined scope of work with specific deliverables and a set timeline. Appropriate for discrete initiatives including budget development, financial model construction, process redesign, or reporting infrastructure buildout. A 50% deposit is required at engagement initiation.

Hourly

Flexible support for targeted analytical needs. Appropriate for organizations evaluating fit prior to a longer engagement or requiring periodic senior-level financial capacity on an as-needed basis.
